RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Eligibility for Exchange
Exchanges are strictly applicable only for:
- Manufacturing defects
- Dented or defective items caused during internal packaging or factory issues
- Wrong item received
Important: Exchanges must be made within 3 working days after receiving your product.
After this period, Mybotol.HQ will not be held responsible.
Exchange Procedure
- All exchanges MUST be done in person at Mybotol.HQ, Bandar Bukit Raja.
- Exchanges via courier or postage will NOT be entertained.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
- If an exchange is approved via delivery services, all postage costs are fully borne by the customer.
Item Conditions for Exchange
Items to be exchanged MUST be in original condition:
- Unused
- Returned with original packaging (if any)
- Items that have been stickered, labeled, or filled with any content are NOT eligible for exchange
Note: Items that do not meet these conditions will NOT be accepted for exchange.
Additional Guidelines
- Postage costs for exchanges via delivery services are fully borne by the customer.
- Exchanges are allowed for items of the same price only:
• If the new item costs more, the price difference must be paid.
• If the new item costs less, NO cash refund will be provided.
STRICTLY NO exchanges for:
- Stock clearance items
- Markdown price items
- Altered items
STRICTLY NO cash refunds
ONE-TIME exchange per receipt ONLY
Applicable for purchases made in Peninsular Malaysia ONLY
Mybotol.HQ reserves the right to refuse any exchange request if the above terms are not fulfilled.
