1. Customer Information
- Please ensure that all details — including your name, address, and contact number — are accurate to avoid any issues with order processing or delivery.
- Mybotol.HQ will not be held responsible for any errors caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.
2. Payment & Delivery
2.1 Payment Methods:
- Toyyibpay (Online Banking)
- Debit / Credit Card
⚠️ Important Notes:
- No changes can be made after an order has been placed.
- Please double-check your order details before completing your purchase.
- Processing time: 1–3 working days.
- A tracking number will be provided via WhatsApp Customer Service within 24–48 hours once your order has been processed.
3. Return & Exchange Policy
3.1 Eligibility for Exchange
Exchanges are strictly applicable only for:
Manufacturing defects
Dented or defective items caused during internal packaging or factory issues
Wrong item received
⚠️ Important: Exchanges must be made within 3 working days after receiving your product.
After this period, Mybotol.HQ will not be held responsible.
3.2 Exchange Procedure
All exchanges MUST be done in person at Mybotol.HQ, Bandar Bukit Raja.
Exchanges via courier or postage will NOT be entertained.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
If an exchange is approved via delivery services, all postage costs are fully borne by the customer.
3.3 Item Conditions for Exchange
Items to be exchanged MUST be in original condition:
Unused
Returned with original packaging (if any)
Items that have been stickered, labeled, or filled with any content are NOT eligible for exchange
⚠️ Note: Items that do not meet these conditions will NOT be accepted for exchange.
3.4 Additional Guidelines
Postage costs for exchanges via delivery services are fully borne by the customer.
Exchanges are allowed for items of the same price only:
• If the new item costs more, the price difference must be paid.
• If the new item costs less, NO cash refund will be provided.
STRICTLY NO exchanges for:
Stock clearance items
Markdown price items
Altered items

⚠️ Applicable for purchases made in Peninsular Malaysia ONLY
Mybotol.HQ reserves the right to refuse any exchange request if the above terms are not fulfilled.
4. Self-Pickup & Shipping
4.1 Self-Pickup
Prefer to collect your order yourself? Self-pickup is available at Mybotol.HQ.
Location: Mybotol.HQ, Bandar Bukit Raja 41050 Klang, Selangor.
Operation Hour:
● Monday – Saturday (subject to certain public holidays)
● 9:00 am – 5:30 pm
Break Time:
● Mon – Sat → 1:00 pm – 2:00 pm
● Friday → 12:45 pm – 2:30 pm
Note: Our warehouse/showroom will be temporarily closed during break hours. Please plan your pickup accordingly.

- Orders will be ready for pickup 30 minutes after payment.
- No minimum spend required.
- No extra fees applied.
4.2 Local Shipping
We provide fast and secure delivery services across Peninsular Malaysia using trusted courier partners to ensure your orders arrive safely and on time.

4.2.1 Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1 – 3 working days (excluding weekends & public holidays).
- Orders placed on Saturday & Sunday will be processed on the next working Monday.
4.2.2 Tracking Your Order
- A tracking number will be sent via WhatsApp once your order has been packed.
- Delivery times may vary depending on the selected courier service.
Note: Shipping may take longer during festive seasons due to high order volumes.
